2025 Marked a Year of Growth, New Spaces & Community Momentum!
New amenities, expanding green spaces, and exciting future developments continue to shape our thriving Wyndham Vale community. As we close out the year, we’re proud to reflect on the progress that makes Jubilee such a vibrant place to live, grow and connect.
Neighbourhood convenience has stepped up with the arrival of Suvidha Grocery & Café, IGA Plus Liquor and Tik Tok Barber, delivering fresh groceries, local services and everyday essentials right where residents need them. Families also continue to benefit from the well-established NIDO Early School, which offers nurturing childcare, nutritious meals and funded 3- and 4-year-old kinder programs to support a seamless transition into primary school.
New Spaces for Families to Play, Learn and Explore
2025 welcomed the opening of Cosmopolitan Drive Park, a colourful new destination for outdoor play, relaxation and community connection. Even more exciting, a brand-new park is on the way to Scholars Green. Designed with a multi-age playground, climbing towers, bridges, swings, a large open lawn and a dedicated fitness node, this space is scheduled to begin construction mid-2026 and open by the end of the year.
Jubilee’s commitment to open space continues, with over 84 hectares of parks, wetlands and recreational areas already shaping an active outdoor lifestyle for residents. Additional landscaping works are rolling out across the estate, bringing new turf, trees and greener streetscapes over the coming months.
Club Jubilee One Update
A major highlight this year is the introduction of Belgravia Leisure as the new manager of Club Jubilee One. Residents can now enjoy expanded fitness classes, improved aquatics offerings, aqua aerobics, kids’ parties and a refreshed calendar of wellness activities. Belgravia has also launched GOswim, its nationally recognised Learn-to-Swim program designed for all ages, abilities and confidence levels.
What’s planned for Jubilee
The long-term vision for Jubilee continues to build momentum, with several major future features progressing:
- New Display Village: Featuring 32+ homes, with staged openings beginning July 2026.
- Mackillop College (P–12): Scheduled for a Term 1, 2028 opening.
- Marketplace: The design is being finalised, and leasing for the proposed tenancies is now underway.
- Town Centre: A vibrant future town centre is planned to deliver supermarkets, specialty retail, dining, childcare, and medical services.
- Employment Hub: Design is well advanced, and permits have been lodged. Employment hub plans to deliver 1,000+ new local jobs.
With strong growth and thoughtful planning, Jubilee continues to evolve into an even more connected and vibrant community.
