Jubilee 2026 Community Update

Jubilee in Wyndham Vale continues to grow into a thriving, well-connected community in 2026. With upgraded recreational facilities, new retail developments, and major education infrastructure on the way, residents can look forward to an exciting year ahead.

Club Jubilee Pool & Swim School Improvements

Club Jubilee remains a key lifestyle hub for residents, offering resort-style aquatic facilities and swim programs for all ages. Operated by Belgravia Leisure, the swim school delivers structured lessons focused on water safety, confidence, and skill development.

Recent upgrades based on community feedback include:

• Repairs and recalibration of water park features

• New change room hooks installed

• Replacement of pool deck seating (10 new benches)

• Snacks and drinks now available on site

• Upcoming gym fan replacements and equipment layout improvements

These enhancements ensure Club Jubilee continues to deliver a high-quality recreational experience for families and individuals alike.

New Shops, Dining & Everyday Convenience

Jubilee’s local amenity offering is expanding rapidly, bringing more services closer to home.

Neighbourhood Activity Centre Expansion

Plans are underway to expand the Activity Centre on Welcome Parade, adding around 1,000 sqm of retail and food space. The development will include specialty stores, dining options, and a café. Construction is expected to begin in mid-2026.

New Convenience Hub Nearby

A separate development by North Park Group will introduce key everyday services, including:

• Starbucks café

• 7-Eleven store

• Modern car wash with automatic and self-serve bays

• Dedicated dog wash facility

Construction is scheduled to commence in early 2026, significantly boosting convenience for residents.

MacKillop College K–12 School: A first look at the future Early Childhood Hub

A major education milestone is approaching with the future campus of MacKillop College, delivered by Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools.

Planned openings include:

• Early Childhood Hub — 2027

• Full Prep–Year 12 campus — Term 1, 2028

This new school will provide much-needed local education options for Jubilee’s growing number of families.

2025 Marked a Year of Growth, New Spaces & Community Momentum!

New amenities, expanding green spaces, and exciting future developments continue to shape our thriving Wyndham Vale community. As we close out the year, we’re proud to reflect on the progress that makes Jubilee such a vibrant place to live, grow and connect.

Neighbourhood convenience has stepped up with the arrival of Suvidha Grocery & Café, IGA Plus Liquor and Tik Tok Barber, delivering fresh groceries, local services and everyday essentials right where residents need them. Families also continue to benefit from the well-established NIDO Early School, which offers nurturing childcare, nutritious meals and funded 3- and 4-year-old kinder programs to support a seamless transition into primary school.

New Spaces for Families to Play, Learn and Explore

2025 welcomed the opening of Cosmopolitan Drive Park, a colourful new destination for outdoor play, relaxation and community connection. Even more exciting, a brand-new park is on the way to Scholars Green. Designed with a multi-age playground, climbing towers, bridges, swings, a large open lawn and a dedicated fitness node, this space is scheduled to begin construction mid-2026 and open by the end of the year.

Jubilee’s commitment to open space continues, with over 84 hectares of parks, wetlands and recreational areas already shaping an active outdoor lifestyle for residents. Additional landscaping works are rolling out across the estate, bringing new turf, trees and greener streetscapes over the coming months.

Club Jubilee One Update

A major highlight this year is the introduction of Belgravia Leisure as the new manager of Club Jubilee One. Residents can now enjoy expanded fitness classes, improved aquatics offerings, aqua aerobics, kids’ parties and a refreshed calendar of wellness activities. Belgravia has also launched GOswim, its nationally recognised Learn-to-Swim program designed for all ages, abilities and confidence levels.

What’s planned for Jubilee

The long-term vision for Jubilee continues to build momentum, with several major future features progressing:

• New Display Village: Featuring 32+ homes, with staged openings beginning July 2026.
• Mackillop College (P–12): Scheduled for a Term 1, 2028 opening.
• Marketplace: The design is being finalised, and leasing for the proposed tenancies is now underway.
• Town Centre: A vibrant future town centre is planned to deliver supermarkets, specialty retail, dining, childcare, and medical services.
• Employment Hub: Design is well advanced, and permits have been lodged. Employment hub plans to deliver 1,000+ new local jobs.

With strong growth and thoughtful planning, Jubilee continues to evolve into an even more connected and vibrant community.

Celebrating 10 Years of Jubilee: A Decade of Community and Connection

This season marks a major milestone for Jubilee as we proudly celebrate 10 incredible years of vibrant community living in Wyndham Vale. What began as a bold vision has grown into one of Melbourne’s most connected and colourful masterplanned communities, and we couldn’t have done it without our residents.

To commemorate the occasion, we recently hosted a community celebration at our brand-new Cosmopolitan Drive Park. Families enjoyed pony rides, an animal farm, cupcake decorating, and plenty of fun under the sun, a fitting reflection of the strong, welcoming spirit that defines Jubilee.

Over the past decade, Jubilee has delivered so much more than homes. From the launch of Club Jubilee to the ongoing expansion of parks, childcare, and convenience offerings, our community continues to thrive and evolve.

A Season of Progress and Celebration at Jubilee

Autumn and Winter have brought a wave of exciting updates across Jubilee, marking another step forward in our community’s journey of growth, connection, and colour.

Mackillop College Design Unveiled

A major highlight this season is the reveal of the winning architectural design for Mackillop College, set to open from 2028. Following a competitive design process, McBride Charles Ryan has been appointed to create a forward-thinking campus that blends innovation, wellbeing, and collaboration. The design promises to redefine modern learning environments within our thriving community — an inspiring addition for future generations of Jubilee residents.

Development and Construction Progress

It’s been a busy few months on the ground, with significant milestones now complete and more on the way:

• Traffic Improvements: New traffic lights at Cosmopolitan Drive and Ballan Road are now improving local access.
• Titles & New Stages: Stage 54 is titled, with Stages 56, 57, and 58 set to follow by mid-2025.
• New Construction: Work has commenced on Stages 43 and 92, with titles expected by November.
• Stage 68 Complete: Another community pocket ready to welcome new residents.

Cosmopolitan Drive Park Coming Soon

We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of Cosmopolitan Drive Park — a $2 million, 9,000 sqm community space that’s set to open mid-2025. The park will feature a play tower, BBQ area, sports equipment, and a 3,000 sqm dog park, offering something for every family member to enjoy. With lush plantings and open green spaces, it’s set to become a favourite destination for outdoor fun and relaxation.

From the festive success of the Christmas at Millbrook Drive Park event to a fun-filled Swim Safe Day hosted with Melbourne Storm legend Ryan Hoffman, Jubilee continues to bring residents together through exciting community experiences.
