Civil Phase

Earthworks
Completed
The process of stripping off topsoil for reuse, removal and the reshaping of the ground to allow construction of roads and surface drainage to each lot.
Sewer + Drainage
Completed
The provision of trunk sewers and reticulation of sewer pipelines and provision of a sewer connection to each lot. As well as the provision of an underground drainage system of pipes for drainage of roads and a drainage connection point to each lot.
Water + Gas
Completed
The provision of water & gas pipelines with a connection to each lot.
Kerb + Channel
Completed
Concrete construction located at the edge of a road. The kerb component acts as a barrier to prevent vehicles from leaving the road and the channel component conveys storm water from the road surface to the underground drainage system.
Footpaths, Asphalt + Topsoiling
Completed
Concrete footpaths are constructed along most road reserves within residential subdivisions. The footpaths maintain separation between pedestrians and vehicular traffic on roads. Asphalt is the road pavement constructed in layers, to provide the final sealed driving surface to a road. Topsoiling is the placement and compaction of material initially stripped from the site at the earthworks stage. It is trimmed to the final design surface levels, ready for house builders.
Eletrical + NBN
Completed
The supply of electrical cabling, street lighting & NBN (high speed internet) to each lot.

Registration Phase

Plan Registration
Estimated
The plan of subdivision is registered at Land Use Victoria, which allows new titles for each lot in the stage to be released. Settlement of each lot can then occur.
Statement of Compliance - September 2025
Estimated
A certificate issued by the Council once the subdivision is deemed to be complete and to the satisfaction of all relevant authorities.
