Founded by a family who migrated to Australia in 1955 in search of opportunity and a better life, the business remains deeply rooted in values of hard work, integrity, and
care for others. Driven by a deep respect for the importance of family, place, and
purpose, Lotus Living is guided by values that place people at the heart of everything

Each project is thoughtfully designed with a genuine desire to support families by

Since entering the property development industry in 2004 with the Oakwood Estate,
Lotus Living has delivered over 2,500 blocks of land across Victoria, enabling
thousands of families to put down roots in thriving, well-planned neighbourhoods.
Building on this strong foundation, Lotus Living is now shaping one of the state’s most ambitious residential communities, Jubilee, a 7,500-lot masterplanned development in Wyndham Vale.
